Owner BJ LeMaire’s career began unexpectedly selling hot tubs by the truckload before evolving into pool chemicals and equipment. Eighteen years with a major pool company included running national online sales (100+ pool kits annually) while simultaneously managing local installations (100+ pools per year). This dual perspective provided comprehensive understanding of both product quality and installation excellence.
Three years ago, armed with the former company owner’s blessing and support, Reflection Pools USA opened with a straightforward philosophy: use the best materials available and educate clients about why quality justifies investment.
